Common and specific characteristics for job roles within the IT industry

I will be talking about the common and specific characteristics for job roles within the IT industry.

For example, you will most definitely need to have clean, smart uniform when in your job in the IT industry. This could be for example wearing smart black shoes, trousers, suit and tie, etc.

Another one would be knowing the job - having good IT knowledge! You cant except  to work in a IT related job but not be good in it. 

Another one would have to be speaking clearly and positevly. You should stay away from using slang words, not only when talking but even when typing.
